²³ Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they all drank from it. ²⁴ He told them, “This is my blood of the covenant that is being poured out for many people. ²⁵ I tell all of you^[a] with certainty, I’ll never again drink the product of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”
